These terms can only be modified in a writing signed by  Kereru Natural Products. Kereru Natural Products reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability for Typographical Errors Policy
THE Kereru Natural Products WEB SITE AND THE MATERIALS HEREIN ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” Kereru Natural Products EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE, SITE UP-TIME OR SITE USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or the product is no longer available, Kereru Natural Products will have the right to refuse or cancel, without liability, any orders placed for product that is no longer available or is listed at the incorrect price. Kereru Natural Products will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Kereru Natural Products will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Jurisdiction & Venue Policy
The Kereru Natural Products site is administered in Manawatu, New Zealand and all orders are deemed to be solely performed in Manawatu, regardless of where you are located. You agree that any legal action brought against Kereru Natural Products will be governed by the laws of New Zealand. 

Any cause of action must be brought within one (1) year from the date that the cause of action arose.

We do not keep a copy of your credit card details on our server or premises. That information is help by our Gateway provider that has been certified by the major credit card companies. From time to time, Kereru Natural Products may ask individuals, prospects and customers to provide personal information that will help Kereru Natural Products efficiently perform various business transactions. The types of personal information collected at these pages are name, contact and billing information, birth date, transaction. In order to tailor our subsequent communications to you and continuously improve our products and services, we may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, experience with our products, and contact preferences. Some Kereru Natural Products web pages may also contain cookies, a technology used to customize web content to better meet your needs. Kereru Natural Products uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. Choices on the Use of Personal Information

Kereru Natural Products will not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first letting you know and offering you a choice. Your permission is always secured first, should we ever share your information with third parties that are not acting on our behalf and governed by our privacy policy.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify that the item(s) ordered were in stock at the time the order was placed. Kereru Natural Products reserves the right to offer for sale items that are temporarily out of stock but are currently in production, and are expected to be placed into inventory within 7 business days from receipt of your order. If at any time after receipt of your order, Kereru Natural Products discovers that there will be a longer delay, Kereru Natural Products will notify you via email as to the "backorder" and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order at this time. Kereru Natural Products reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item in the form of a split
